1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Socrat Tech Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (“Socrat Tech,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Geohunter platform at geohunter.ai (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
Geohunter is a proprietary AI-powered geolocation discovery platform owned and operated by Socrat Tech Inc. The Platform provides geospatial intelligence services using multi-agent artificial intelligence, computer vision, and public street-level imagery. The service deploys up to 8 parallel AI agents to analyze and match visual features in photographs, delivering structured location intelligence reports.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. AI Calls & Payments
AI calls are consumed when investigations are launched. AI call costs vary by search mode. Purchased AI calls are non-refundable except in cases of system errors where automatic refunds are issued. Free trial AI calls expire after 90 days of account inactivity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GeoHunter for illegal activities, harassment, stalking, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. You must have the right to use any images you upload. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. Investigation reports generated by the service are licensed to you for your use. The GeoHunter platform, including its code, design, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
GeoHunter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the accuracy of geolocation results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for AI calls in the preceding 12 months.
8. Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the Platform. This service sets cookies (_ga, _ga_BJFENLHRS8) on your device to distinguish unique visitors and track session information. No personally identifiable information is collected through these cookies. By using the Platform, you acknowledge this data collection. You may opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, including the Delaware Court of Chancery, and the federal courts located in the District of Delaware. Socrat Tech Inc. is a Delaware corporation and maintains its corporate governance in accordance with the Delaware General Corporation Law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
